1. General Terms

PawnLine Collectibles (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and provides products, services, and content for collectors, retailers, and business partners. By visiting or purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies linked on our website.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse service, block or terminate any account, IP address, user, or payment card at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

3. Product Authenticity & Descriptions

All products listed for sale by PawnLine Collectibles are authentic and verified through our internal authentication and inspection process. Due to the everchanging landscape of reproductions, we can not ensure 100% accuracy to new fakes, however we are constantly updating our security process against these. All order are guaranteed to be authentic and will be eligible for a return if not. We do not sell reproductions, fakes, or proxy cards. However, variations in color, wear, or packaging may occur due to the nature of collectible and vintage products.

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or availability details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders due to inaccurate information.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated or changed in settings.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across the United States and Canada. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched.

• Lost Packages: If a package goes missing in transit (before being marked as delivered), PawnLine will reimburse or replace the order after investigation with the carrier.

• Delivered Packages: If tracking shows an order as “delivered,” PawnLine cannot issue a refund, replacement, or assume responsibility for theft, loss, or misdelivery after that point. Please contact your local carrier for further assistance.

All cross-border shipments between the USA and Canada are tariff-free under our trade classification.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

7. B2B & Wholesale Accounts

Businesses with verified tax IDs may qualify for wholesale discounts ranging from 10%–90%, depending on product category and account status.
We reserve the right to modify or revoke B2B access, discounts, or terms at any time.

Wholesale orders must be over $1,500 and be located within the USA and Canada.

8. Limitation of Liability

PawnLine Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, or data, even if advised of such damages in advance.

In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, images, product data, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to PawnLine Collectibles.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of this site without prior written consent.

10. Fraud Prevention & Security

We maintain advanced fraud-prevention systems. Any attempt to commit fraud, file chargebacks, or abuse promotions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to block sellers, IP addresses, users, or cards associated with suspicious or repeated activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, or the jurisdiction closest to our Canadian headquarters.
