🧾 Authentication & Verification

Q: Are your Pokémon cards and collectibles authentic?
Yes. Every card, game, and collectible is authentic and verified by our trained specialists. We do not sell reproductions, proxy cards, or counterfeit items.

Q: How do you verify authenticity?
Our verification process includes visual inspection, surface analysis, print pattern examination, and When necessary, we also cross-verify serials and print codes against manufacturer databases.

Q: Can I request additional photos or grading information?
Unfortunately, all info visible is ad is what we have access to. To keep our items pristine and well recorded they are filed in our shipping facility immediately after listing.


🎮 Condition & Quality Standards

Q: How do you grade cards?
We follow industry-standard grading terminology, however it does slightly vary per store; here's ours:

  • Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear, visually clean with very little whiting or surface scratches, if any.

  • Light Play (LP): Minor wear from use, light surface marks, whiting.

  • Heavy Play (HP): Significant wear, may include creasing or major whiting.

  • Damaged: Major defects such as whiting, bending, creasing, marking or tears.
    Cards in ads are of the actual card you will receive, taking photos and listings one-by-one so you know what you will get! 

We do not list cards as Mint Condition in an effort to provide realistic expectations of products we deliver.

Q: Do your games come tested and complete?
All video games are tested and guaranteed functional unless explicitly listed as “untested.” Condition details such as “disc only,” “complete in box (CIB),” or “new/sealed” are clearly stated on each listing.

Q: Do you clean or refurbish your items?
Yes — discs, cartridges, and consoles are gently cleaned if needed and prepared for resale using safe, non-abrasive methods to maintain collector integrity.


🌎 Shipping & Handling

Q: Where do you ship from?
We operate fulfillment centers in both Canada and the United States, allowing us to ship efficiently to businesses and collectors across North America.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, with transit times varying by region. 

Q: Is shipping insured?
We offer low cost shipping options untracked at buyers risk, however all orders with tracking are fully insured and protected during transit.

Q: Do you buy collections or accept trade-ins?
Currently, we only purchase from other businesses, but will be opening to clients in the future. If you have a large collection, feel free to reach out to our team via email, maybe we can assist prior to client lauch!

Q: Can I visit your warehouse or retail locations?
Our primary operations are online, but in-person visits or pickups can be arranged at our partner Bluenose Collectibles in Montreal, Quebec.

Q: Do you sell internationally?
At this time, we focus on the North American market (USA & Canada). Select items may be available internationally — please contact us for details.

🏢 B2B & Wholesale Program

Q: How do I qualify for a B2B account?
To access wholesale pricing, you must operate a legitimate business in the collectibles, gaming, or retail space and provide a business tax ID. Once verified, your account will automatically display wholesale discounts on eligible products.

Q: What kind of discounts are offered?
Our wholesale discounts range from 10% to 90% off retail, depending on the product type, order quantity, and your account status. Discounts are automatically linked to your business account on the back end. Wholesale orders must meet minimum $1,000 order value to be eligible for discounts.

Q: Which products are currently available for wholesale?
We’re gradually rolling out our B2B catalog, starting with Pokémon singles with future expansions to include retro video games, vintage toys, coins, and collectibles.

Q: Do you offer free shipping for wholesale orders?
Yes, all orders to Canada and the United States are free shipping!

Q: Are shipments tariff-free?
All cross-border B2B orders between the USA and Canada are tariff-free under our trade classifications, regardless of which country your business is located in.
